Job Description

To bring creative ideas to life through world-class design and motion craft – delivering polished, market-ready assets across Digital OOH, Web and Social. As a Senior, you will own execution pathways from concept to final delivery, support creative teams with strong craft leadership, and ensure outputs consistently meet the highest standard within time and budget constraints. 300,000 Maximum Benefit Limit HMO Benefit with one free dependent on day one. CREATIVE Tasks / Accountabilities • Translate creative concepts into exceptional design and motion across campaign ecosystems, ensuring every asset feels cohesive, premium and on brand. • Create and refine storyboards, transitions, and animation tests to define an execution approach early and de-risk production hold ups or limitations. • Maintain strong fundamentals across all work: typography, layout, hierarchy, pacing, timing, easing, legibility, and brand consistency. • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate craft and simplify complexity – making the work better and more efficient. • Support creative teams with practical execution thinking (formats, feasibility, channel requirements, production pathways). Key Performance Indicators • Craft and polish: Work consistently meets a “ready for market” standard with minimal finishing fixes. • Ideation: Strengthen the core idea with design and motion to help it land clearly. • Consistency: Campaigns feel unified across ratios, formats, placements and rounds. • Senior-level judgement: Makes smart trade-offs, protects quality, and proposes solutions under constraints and practical limitations. CLIENT Tasks / Accountabilities • Execute and adapt creative across all channels, Print, Digital OOH (static + motion), Social (platform variants; short-form motion; stories/reels formats), and Web/Display (including HTML banner animation output). • Own the day-to-day execution of feedback from internal stakeholders and clients — interpreting notes accurately, implementing efficiently, and maintaining quality through iterations. • Ensure deliverables meet all channel specifications: dimensions, safe areas, readability, file weight, codecs, durations, frame rates, and platform requirements. • Contribute to internal or client-facing reviews with clear articulation of execution choices (when required), helping stakeholders understand what’s being made and why. Key Performance Indicators • Accuracy and responsiveness: Feedback is actioned correctly with fewer back-and-forth rounds. • Channel compliance: Deliverables pass technical checks and require minimal production rework. • Confidence and trust: Stakeholders rely on you to deliver under pressure without quality dropping. CULTURE Tasks / Accountabilities • Act as a senior reference point for design and motion – sharing approaches, references, templates, shortcuts, and best practice. • Provide informal mentoring to junior team members: constructive critique, file hygiene guidance, and practical coaching to lift output. • Be a collaborative partner to Creative, Studio and Production – solutions-focused, calm, and generous with knowledge. FINANCIAL Tasks / Accountabilities • Deliver the highest creative standard possible within agreed timelines and budgets. • Provide accurate time estimates and flag risks early (complexity, approvals, production constraints). • Complete timesheets accurately and on time. Key Performance Indicators • Delivery efficiency: Time and scope are managed realistically; work lands on schedule. • Commercial judgement: You protect craft while making pragmatic execution choices. • Low friction: Admin is accurate, timely, and dependable. OPERATIONAL Tasks / Accountabilities • Run multiple jobs concurrently, prioritising effectively, communicating progress clearly, and escalating blockers early. • Maintain excellent file hygiene: clean layers, consistent naming/versioning, tidy comps/timelines, and clear handover notes. • Partner with Studio/Production team members for smooth delivery: packaged files, organised exports, and specification-ready outputs. • Own QA before delivery: spelling, alignment, timing, legibility, audio levels (where relevant), file weight, and spec compliance. Key Performance Indicators • Production readiness: Clean handovers; minimal avoidable amends; fewer last-minute issues. • Operational reliability: Strong organisation and version control; others can pick up your files easily. • Consistent output under pressure: Quality and accuracy remain high at pace. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Core Design • Strong capability in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign as needed). • Excellent typography, layout and composition with sharp attention to detail. • Confident adapting a core idea into multiple ratios and formats with responsive thinking. Motion / Animation • Strong animation skills with solid working knowledge of After Effects (motion design, compositing, video outputs for social/OOH/web). • Competency in Adobe Animate for HTML5 banner animation output and delivery-ready handover. • Strong grasp of motion fundamentals (timing, easing, pacing, staging, transitions) and how to use motion to support communication. • Confident exporting for platform requirements (file weights, codecs, frame rates, durations, specs). Production / Delivery • Strong experience producing work from concept through to finished outputs, coordinating effectively with wider Studio/Production team. • High standard of organisation and workflow discipline under deadlines. • Comfortable contributing to decks and internal comms (Google Slides). Updated Tools & AI • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to speed up exploration and production (e.g., Adobe Firefly features) while maintaining strong creative judgement and craft standards. • Applies AI responsibly: rapid ideation, variation generation, and workflow acceleration – with careful QA, brand integrity and accuracy at the final stage. • Bonus: familiarity collaborating with developers / partners for HTML display delivery requirements and constraints.
