POSITION / TITLE: AI Solution Sales Specialist POSITION SUMMARY: The AI Solution Sales Specialist is a strategic advisor to enterprise customers on how to leverage conversational and generative AI for business transformation. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify strategic opportunities, lead transformation discovery sessions, and translate business objectives into actionable AI solutions using Kore.ai’s platform. This customer-facing role encompasses the full sales cycle for smaller enterprise deals, from initial discovery, through solution design, value engineering, and proposal development, to deal closure, while also providing executive advisory to enable enterprise clients to define clear automation roadmaps and achieve measurable outcomes from AI initiatives. LOCATION: Japan (remote) RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Strategic Opportunity Qualification Partner with AEs to qualify strategic enterprise deals through deep discovery and transformation need analysis. Identify business problems ripe for AI-led automation across CX, EX, and operational workflows. ● Executive Advisory & Transformation Visioning Lead workshops with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to shape AI transformation programs. Build trust with prospects by offering contextual insights, industry use cases, and long-term automation roadmaps. ● Business Value & ROI Modeling Build and present compelling business cases that highlight ROI, efficiency gains, and experience improvements. Support AEs by supplying tailored value narratives and data-backed transformation frameworks. ● Solution Leadership & Use Case Design Translate transformation goals into viable AI use cases using Kore.ai’s platform capabilities. Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and scalability. ● End to End AI Solution Selling Drive the entire sales cycle from a qualified lead to a closed sale for smaller enterprise deals QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED: ● 3+ years in digital transformation consulting, enterprise solutioning, or AI advisory roles. ● Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, GenAI, and automation technologies. ● Experience engaging CXOs and business unit leaders in BFSI, healthcare, retail, telecom, or similar industries. ● Proven ability to simplify complex technology concepts into actionable business narratives. ● Skilled in ROI modelling, business case development, and strategic storytelling. ● Languages – Japanese (fluent) English (fluent) EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Degree preferred but not essential
