WingerX AI is building the infrastructure for autonomous work. We create AI-powered systems that automate business operations end-to-end—helping companies streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and scale efficiently. Our platforms, including PRISM (real-time data sync), AI Employee (autonomous agents), and BOMB (workflow orchestration), enable businesses to move toward fully automated, intelligent operations. Role Description Tasks - Research and identify potential clients and growth opportunities - Support lead generation and outreach efforts - Assist in preparing and delivering product demos (AI & automation workflows) - Participate in client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management - Work closely with the core team on growth and go-to-market efforts - Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience Requirements - Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with clients - Curious and eager to learn about AI, automation, and startups - Self-driven and comfortable taking initiative - Interested in marketing, sales, or client success roles - Able to work in a fast-paced, high-learning environment Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields- Benefits - First 2 months: Performance evaluation phase (unpaid internship) - From Month 3: Paid stipend based on performance - High-performing interns will receive a full-time offer (PPO) What You’ll Gain Real-world exposure to client interactions, demos, and business development Hands-on experience in an AI startup environment Opportunity to work closely with founders and core team Fast learning curve with practical, execution-driven experience
