Job Summary The position is for a Digital Advertising Specialist responsible for all paid advertising in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The role combines hands-on campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn with strategic leadership, working in partnership with the regional Demand Generation team to align paid media actions with funnel objectives and implementing industry innovations. While reporting to the global Paid Advertising Center of Excellence, the professional will work daily integrated with the LAC team, leading, executing, and optimizing campaigns that will generate measurable impact on the region's business results. Responsabilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn; Meta is a plus) Balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy improvements Run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, creatives, targeting, bidding) Act as digital ads specialist for LAC, aligned with demand generation goals Localize campaigns for language, culture, and compliance (Spanish & Portuguese markets) Build dashboards and translate performance data into actionable insights Collaborate with stakeholders and manage budget to maximize ROI and scale performance Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Experience managing paid digital campaigns, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI tied to funnel and pipeline goals Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution models Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (native-level), Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Remote-based, might require travel a few times a year.
