Description: CTG is seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) and Cloud Managed Services initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage large, cross-functional programs, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ADM and cloud managed services programs Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and resources simultaneously Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level stakeholder communication Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams Coordinate distributed teams across development, cloud, and operations Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Required Skills: Strong background in ADM and Cloud Managed Services delivery Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proficiency with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow Solid understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience: 8+ years of IT project/program management experience Proven success delivering large-scale, complex technology programs Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
