Summary: ANALYST DATA II delivers analytic solutions with moderate independence, partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and build reports or models. The role is expected to anticipate data needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outputs align with enterprise standards. Responsibilities Develops, tests, deploys, enhances, and maintain dashboards, data models, and analyses with general supervision. Translates business requirements into technical solutions using SQL, Tableau, Power BI and other enterprise tools. Conducts quality assurance, validation, and troubleshooting of data pipelines and reporting assets. Collaborates with cross-functional peers and stakeholders to refine metrics and deliver actionable insights. Contributes to process improvements and supports the adoption of analytics best practices across the team. Provides input on data governance and standardization efforts within reporting and analytics workflows. Supports mentoring and/or onboarding of junior team members by sharing knowledge of tools and practices. Qualifications Proficiency in SQL and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI). Working knowledge of Python and Rest API automation workflows. Minimum of two (2) years of analytics or reporting experience in healthcare or related industry required. -SQL -Tableau -Power BI -Excel -Python -Rest API Experience in working with large datasets. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently. Strong communication skills for translating data into actionable insights. Keen attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field required.
