Florida (Remote) AmLaw 100 Firm | Commercial Litigation Associate (3–7 Years) An AmLaw 100 firm has an immediate opening for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its fully remote platform. This role is part of the firm’s virtual office and offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters while maintaining full flexibility—no in-office requirement (must be based in Florida). What You’ll Be Doing • Handling commercial and business litigation matters • Drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs • Managing discovery and case strategy • Collaborating with a national team on complex disputes What They’re Looking For • 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience • Strong writing and analytical skills • Experience in state and/or federal court • Must reside in Florida and be admitted to the Florida Bar Why This Role Stands Out • Fully remote (Florida-based) • AmLaw 100 platform with national-level work • Strong deal flow and complex litigation matters • Flexibility without sacrificing quality of work Estimated compensation: $180,000 – $260,000 depending on experience Fully remote (must be based in Florida) Confidential Inquiries Happy to share more details or talk through what you’re seeing in the market.
