The role will focus on operationalizing a Salesforce overhaul, supporting the rollout of new accounting systems, and improving how organizational information is structured and accessed across the organization. This includes designing and implementing an organizational knowledge base, restructuring document storage and information architecture, and supporting staff adoption of new systems and ways of working. The Junior Business Systems Analyst will work closely with Operations, Impact teams, Development, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Culture and Engagement, IT support, and external partners to ensure systems are fit for purpose, intuitive, and scalable. This role is well-suited to someone motivated to create socioenvironmental impact, loves data, brings strong systems judgment, enjoys hands-on delivery, and understands how early implementation and enablement choices shape long-term usability and data quality. • *Key Responsibilities • Support organization-wide business systems improvements, with a focus on Salesforce for fundraising and campaign data, knowledge management, and other key systems used across Programs, Development, and Operations. • Support the rollout and adoption of a redesigned Salesforce used by Programs and Development teams. • Coordinate data readiness, migration, and integrations related to Salesforce, accounting and other operational systems. • Lead improvements to document storage, archiving, and information organization, including supporting the implementation of a knowledge base. • Support data quality, reporting and system alignment ensuring consistency across platforms, in partnership with Operations leadership and MEL. • Develop and maintain documentation, guidance, and training materials to support effective system use and handoff. • *About You We are looking for motivation and potential. This role is best suited to candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on experience practicing business systems analysis in real organizational contexts. Candidates may meet the qualifications for this role through a combination of business systems analysis, implementation, or administration experience, or through closely related operational, data, or systems-support experience where they have supported how systems and data are used across teams. Core Capabilities • Exposure to the administration of business systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, accounting, marketing, or service platforms), including configuration, automation, and reporting as part of broader organizational work flows • Strong data management skills, including imports/exports, formatting, deduplication, field mapping, cleanup, reconciliation, and basic spreadsheet formulas • Experience working with role- and permission-based access models (e.g., roles, permission sets, profiles), and the ability to follow established change control and UAT processes. • Ability to translate identified organizational needs into practical system updates, and to provide clear documentation and basic user support. • Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion in all aspects of the job. • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain a calm and professional attitude under pressure or shifting priorities. • Sound judgment and the ability to solve non-routine problems independently. • A
