Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their full potential and provide a stable income in $USD, allowing them to support their families and pursue their passions. **The Role** As a Full Stack Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to clients, working closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve success. Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Starting new conversations (2 hours) * Follow-ups (2 hours) * Organic account growth (2 hours) * Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes) * Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes) **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * A stable income in $USD * A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone * Stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil * Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles * 100% confidence in your English skills **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
