Join us, and you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making and delivering extraordinary experiences – and we're always looking for new ways to improve them. **About the Role** As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) Florida Finance team, you'll have the opportunity to break down data and patterns to understand business results, providing key contributions to new strategies and initiatives that drive visitor satisfaction and investor value. You'll work closely with teams, business leaders, and partners to make a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Join a high-energy finance team dedicated to driving visitor experience areas of strength through thorough and innovative analysis. * Collaborate with finance teams supporting Amusement Park Attractions, Inn Activities, Live Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Imagineering, Gift Cards, Innovation, Marketing and Sales, Maintenance, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Store Operations, Special Events, Customer Products (Licensing, Retail, Games, and Distribution), and more. * Every day as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Florida Finance team is unique! On any given day, you may: + Meet and collaborate with partners across the business to review financial outcomes or make changes to the project. + Support forecasting, planning, and short- and long-term business planning. + Support the completion of a special assignment. + Create a detailed analysis for presentations and reporting packages to Senior Leaders. + Identify areas of strength and verbal communication that convey information and analysis to partners at all levels, including VPs and Senior VPs. + Develop cases for new business opportunities like a new attraction, a new resort/hotel, a fireworks show, a new Food and Beverage area, a special event, cruise line projects, and more. * Feel like an "insider" when you visit a store or watch a new parade and see visitors enjoying and participating in the work and analysis you do behind the scenes. **Essential Capabilities** * Approximately 2+ years of experience in statistical, financial, or business analysis * Knowledge of data analysis and financial modeling, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data * The ability to explain complex analysis in a way that is easily understandable and actionable, and enjoys "storytelling" to engage and impact your audience * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and the ability to think comprehensively * Normal curiosity and enthusiasm and enjoy solving problems * The ability to work in a team environment, face-to-face, and virtually, with a positive attitude * The ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform work responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision **Preferred Capabilities** * Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems * A self-starter who succeeds in a team environment and who consistently seeks out opportunities to improve internal processes * High-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products activities, specialty units, and product offerings **Required Training** * Four-year degree in Business, Finance, Modern Design, Accounting, Statistics, Science, or a related field **Preferred Education** * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI * A graduate degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in entertainment and innovation * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply!
