You'll work closely with our internal and external partners to resolve issues, provide training and guidance, and drive process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our clients' success. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support to global clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams * Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions, including live event support, content creation, and partnership management * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, solutions, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and support to clients * Utilize a range of tools and technologies, including QCut framework, ADT, Media Search, and Photoshop, to create and distribute content, manage feeds, and resolve issues * Coordinate and investigate feed issues, working closely with internal and external partners to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences * Input and manage cut and refeed demands, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients * Perform specialized roles and responsibilities within the TVU Maker stage, supporting global shows and events * Assist the Task Workspace with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment for remote productions * Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, including Edge Store changes, Creation room changes, and other relevant information * Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and reporting **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or business administration * At least 2 years of related managerial and creation support work experience * Strong knowledge of customer support principles, practices, and technologies * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership * Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant software applications * Familiarity with Spanish, written and spoken **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sports, entertainment, or related industries * Knowledge of content creation, distribution, and management * Familiarity with FTP, Hand-off it, We move, and other content delivery platforms * Experience with QCut framework, ADT, Media Search, and other relevant tools and technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant software applications * Familiarity with Spanish, written and spoken * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
