Log all interactions in our ticketing system, including information and resolution achieved. * **E-mail & Chat Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system. * **Skill Improvement**: Continuously develop your cognitive and customer service skills to excel in your role.
