As a key member of our Amazon Key for Business team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with different support channels to provide a superior experience to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting Third Party verification via incoming calls and email communication * Understanding and implementing new information and procedures efficiently and professionally * Delivering a consistent level of quality on all calls, encompassing the "white glove experience" * Basic understanding of all Ring products * Utilizing multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers * Collaborating with the trending teams to drive continuous process improvement * Utilizing all available resources to solve internal challenges while ensuring first call resolution * Developing and implementing scalable solutions to support arenaflex's mission * Assisting with other pods when needed * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including: * Conducting thorough research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate solutions * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and innovation * Developing and implementing scalable solutions to support arenaflex's mission * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external customers * Staying up-to-date with new information and procedures, and implementing them efficiently and professionally **About the Team** Our team is a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth. We develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity, and scale. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years prior Customer Service Experience * Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper level management on a regular basis * Must demonstrate excellent voice quality and inflection as well as present a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor * Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments * Unconventional problem-solving skills, "thinking outside of the box" * Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications * Able to have open availability to work any day or time * Must be organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * 1-2 years of customer support, data analytics or similar experience * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sales Force & Smart Sheets * Able to identify scope and priority of issues and tasks **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
