As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for overseeing customer service supervisors and operations, researching and resolving complex customer problems, and managing the design and implementation of technical training programs. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Section Chief at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Overseeing customer service supervisors and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery * Researching and analyzing complex customer problems and resolving them through various communication channels * Scheduling and evaluating work assignments to ensure efficient operations * Overseeing the installation of equipment and managing technical training programs * Managing internal collections and gathering data for collection activity * Organizing and monitoring lists to determine liens to be filed with outside agencies * Overseeing the scheduling and follow-up activities associated with administrative hearings * Planning, conducting, and revising audits to ensure compliance and quality * Creating audit reports based on documented findings and making recommendations * Assisting in developing, monitoring budgets, and inventories * Assigning and overseeing tasks for the merchandising team * Performing other duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Five years of administrative or customer service-related experience * Substitutions: Associate's degree may be substituted for up to two years of experience, and Bachelor's degree may be substituted for up to four years of experience * Previous knowledge or experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset Works M5 is preferred * General knowledge of the automotive industry and 18 months of supervisory experience in retail automotive is preferred * Previous experience performing parts inventory receiving and issuing knowledge is required **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous knowledge or experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset Works M5 is preferred * General knowledge of the automotive industry and 18 months of supervisory experience in retail automotive is preferred * Previous experience performing parts inventory receiving and issuing knowledge is required **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
