The American Brain Foundation is looking for a UCNS Administrative Coordinator to provide seamless administrative support and foster collaboration among various teams. This role involves managing projects, coordinating meetings, and promoting organizational excellence to enhance the UCNS mission. Responsibilities Deliver seamless administrative support and drive collaboration across executive, accreditation, certification, and operational teams Juggle a variety of projects, ensuring efficient communication and promoting organizational excellence Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and champion volunteer engagement Skills Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts or related field Bachelor's degree in English, Humanities, or Science area of study is required Minimum of 1 year of office clerical, administrative, or customer service work in a business or association setting Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, and Excel) Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and recordkeeping Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills sufficiently to provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to internal and external customers in person, on the phone and through written and electronic correspondence Ability to work independently as well as actively contribute to project teams Experience with Constant Contact, SurveyMonkey, administration of social media platforms, SharePoint, and Client Management Systems (iMis) Company Overview American Brain Foundation provides treatments, and prevention for brain and nervous system diseases and disorders.
