The Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the overall project vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and robust solutions. Design end-to-end solutions that consider factors such as scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies. Ensure that solutions align with the overall engineering principles, standards, and guidelines. Conduct architecture reviews to identify and address potential issues. Evaluate new and emerging technologies to recommend the adoption of tools and frameworks that align with business goals. Stay current on industry trends and best practices. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet project requirements and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery. Create and maintain detailed documentation of engineering solution, design decisions, and technical specifications. Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant teams to mitigate them. Estimated travel 25%. Qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain up to TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
