They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help build and scale their sales pipeline through strategic outreach and collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities Generate revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers Research, identify, and engage prospective accounts through strategic outbound outreach, including phone, email, and social campaigns Qualify inbound and outbound leads by analyzing prospect needs, business context, and buying intent Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to initiate and nurture conversations Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging Thrive in a fast-paced environment by taking initiative, testing new approaches, and sharing learnings to improve team performance Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline reporting within CRM and sales engagement tools Skills 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in any capacity is preferred Strong interest in technology and software sales Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external prospects Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage priorities effectively Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with rapid change and evolving processes Resourceful, results-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes Collaborative and coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers (Clay & ZoomInfo), and sales engagement tools is a plus Benefits 401k match Comprehensive group health, dental, vision benefits Life insurance/LTD Discretionary PTO Company Overview Slipstream is a trusted technology partner exclusively serving the Life Sciences industry.
