Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Client Experience & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent or someone looking for flexible, part-time work from home. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping manage calls, messages, and scheduling while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every pet parent. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries Manage text messages and customer communication Process intake forms and new client information Handle online booking requests and schedule appointments Maintain accurate scheduling and client records Provide warm, helpful, and professional customer service Schedule & Availability: Part-time, remote position Availability Wednesday through Saturday (flexible hours) Our phone hours are: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Workload varies — some days are quiet, others are busier Compensation: Salary: $200 per week This is a light, flexible workload with downtime between tasks Ideal Candidate: Friendly and welcoming — able to “smile through the phone” Strong communication skills (calls and text) Customer service–oriented with a helpful, positive attitude Thorough and attentive when handling client information Comfortable working independently Bilingual is a plus Why Join Us: Work from home Flexible schedule Supportive, small business environment Perfect for someone looking to earn extra income without a full-time commitment If you enjoy helping people, love pets, and want to be part of a caring, service-focused team, we’d love to hear from you!
