The Real Estate Sales Development Representative (SDR) will convert inbound and outbound seller leads into qualified appointments for the acquisitions team, while maintaining performance metrics and effective communication with potential sellers. Responsibilities Respond rapidly to new inbound seller leads and initiate contact within company response-time standards Execute structured outbound follow-up campaigns across phone, text, and email Conduct qualification conversations to determine seller motivation, property condition, and timeline Schedule qualified appointments that meet acquisitions underwriting standards Maintain consistent outbound activity levels including high daily call volume Document all conversations and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and call review meetings to improve performance Skills Experience handling high-volume outbound calling or inside sales activity, typically in telecom, call centers, real estate, or inside sales environments Demonstrated ability to manage 60–100 outbound calls per day while maintaining structured conversations Strong objection-handling skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone Experience qualifying leads or setting appointments within a sales pipeline Consistent and disciplined CRM documentation habits Competitive mindset and comfort operating in performance-tracked environments Resilience when handling rejection and maintaining call activity throughout the day Coachable and receptive to direct feedback aimed at improving performance Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and vacation Retirement plan with a company contribution match Company Overview TN HomeBuyers is a house-buying firm that provides residential real estate services.
