The Copywriter role involves creating emotive and conversion-focused content, collaborating with teams to enhance brand narratives, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities Collaborate with a large team to meet and exceed the design needs for various company accounts Contribute to elevating the Turo brand through narrative development, content writing, and conceptual thinking Contribute to the production of large-scale CRM lifecycle communications Write, edit, and publish concise and compelling brand-voiced content Articulate ideas into simple narratives for experience and presentation Create headlines, CTAs, hashtags, and body copy for email, in-app, and social platforms Work in tandem with our Client Services team to collaborate and develop relationships with our clients in briefing calls and creative presentations Responsible for bringing a solid point-of-view with fresh perspectives to the team Work with our established processes and meeting assigned deadlines, solving problems where needed with the team and using proactive thought processes and skills Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Experience as a copywriter is a must, and a background in agency or brand is preferred In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital copy and brand development, especially a background in social media content and copywriting Ability to write compelling marketing and content copy that sells Confidence in working with other departments and stakeholders such as designers, developers, and clients Readiness to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns with many assets An understanding of the importance of consistency across different touchpoints of a user journey Ability to present work to large groups and communicate ideas clearly and enthusiastically A collaborative approach to getting things done Experience in the e-commerce/retail environment is a plus Benefits A flexible, hybrid/remote working policy Mental health support, and company sick pay scheme. 15 days paid holiday annually (plus Public Holidays).
