Responsibilities Utilize your knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower your teams, while being flexible with changing needs Help your squad move toward predictable, high-quality delivery by removing impediments, mitigating technical collisions and adjusting plans to support seamless delivery Partner with Product Owners to clarify vision and strategy, guiding the team toward decisions that solve real problems for our users Encourage direct feedback loops and ensure your team stays focused on delivering measurable outcomes that make our users' lives easier Stay current on Lean and Agile innovations and share that expertise to improve our practices across the company Be supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement Skills One to three years of experience as a ScrumMaster Certified ScrumMaster credential Ability to improve productivity and guide teams through 'inspect and adapt' cycles without resorting to command and control tactics Ability to foster a safe environment where squad members feel comfortable testing new ideas, giving #realtalk and resolving conflicts Ability to build strong relationships steeped in trust and collaboration Ability to guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently Strong communication skills to engage and align with stakeholders at all levels Data fluent with an eye for squad health trends Passionate about applying new Scrum or Lean innovations to work and enjoy mentoring others Understanding of multiple product development frameworks such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc Experience working with hybrid or remote teams Personal history with sports or Hudl products to build empathy for users Benefits Flexible vacation time Company-wide holidays Timeout (meeting-free) days Remote work options Employee Assistance Program Employee resource groups Fitness partner Peerfit Medical insurance Vision Dental Fertility healthcare Family forming benefits 401(K) Company Overview Hudl is a software platform that provides video analysis and coaching tools for sports teams.
