They are seeking a Junior Developer to join an agile team, focusing on the implementation of ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and automated testing capabilities. Responsibilities Actively participate in agile daily scrums, updating stories daily in JIRA/SNOW, documenting development progress and collaborating across platform teams Create, take ownership and update work tickets Support in the development of automated testing scripts or the updating of existing scripts as required Support and participate in customer requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure/develop requested items and tasks Work with project teams to understand business/system requirements and solution designs and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Develop / enhance applications (scoped and out of the box) working with ServiceNow Studio for NOW Mobile Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal) Create and maintain design documentation Skills Experience in ServiceNow configuration for low/no-code solutions High level understanding of ServiceNow workflows Experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js Company Overview Sun Life is a leading financial services organization dedicated to helping people achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives.
