Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. The Corporate Alliance Recruiter collaborates closely with Account Managers to ensure successful placement of eligible graduates in roles within corporate partnerships. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to the assigned graduate population to assess their eligibility for placement in available roles through our corporate partnerships Maintain precise documentation related to the graduate population. Regularly update student profiles to ensure consistent job matching with relevant opportunities Collaborate with appropriate support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests. Ensure that graduates complete all necessary pre-employment steps to start their jobs successfully Source candidates from existing student and graduate population. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values Organize communications with candidates throughout the hiring process.
