As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions, follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams to drive business success. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle account creation and management for various print offices * Direct record supply management and billing section support * Handle Inbound and Outbound customer interactions through email and telephone * Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and exploration connected with billing inquiries * Work with Deals and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes * Assist with all aspects of customer invoice process, requiring attention to detail and ability to meet tight time targets * Foster a working understanding of the Lattice Single Duplicate Framework and other course and business frameworks **Requirements** * Years of general office and earlier customer service experience * Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail * MS Word proficiency and experience with Excel (ability to maintain complex accounting sheets) * Ability to handle multiple tasks and focus on a fluctuating daily responsibility * Willingness to work 9:00 to 5:00 pm and adaptability to ensure inclusion **Advantages** * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Protection Plans * Paid Time Off * Retirement Plans * Complete Clinical, Dental, and Vision Protection Plans * Education Assistance * Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave * Family Care Benefits * Employee Travel Program * Membership Discounts * Employee Reference Program **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, starting at $32/hour, with opportunities for growth and development.
