Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoralTree Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Management Company seeking a Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing Accounts Payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and month-end closing for multiple entities, along with special projects like general ledger reconciliation and audit responses. Responsibilities Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources GL coding and review Data entry Check printing/payment processing Statement reconciliation Reporting Month-end closing processes Special AP projects, including, but not limited to: Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties Balance sheet reconciliation and research AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity Skills High School Graduate Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate Proficient with 10 Key Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk General Ledger experience Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience Benefits Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
