Job Description

The People Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the People Resources department on a professional and administrative level in all functional areas of People Resources including; documentation tracking / compliance benefits administration employee relations training performance management policy implementation recruitment / employment affirmative action and employment law compliance. The People Resources Generalist also provides world class customer service during all interactions both internal and external. RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Provide PR support to People Resources Business Partners in the areas of employee relations onboarding terminations and unemployment as well as administrative. β€’ Gather clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. β€’ Analyze large datasets to identify trends correlations and anomalies. β€’ Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to present insights in a clear and compelling manner. β€’ Fully manage and maintain the complete cycle of the license renewal process ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements timely submissions and accurate documentation. β€’ Provide basic to mid-level PR policy guidance and interpretation including PTO tracking logs bereavement separations changes etc. β€’ Process separations administratively and communicate necessary information to employee and manager. β€’ Manage the entire Exit Interview process; analyze summarize and distribute to relevant departments accordingly on a monthly basis. β€’ Complete verifications of employment as requested. β€’ Maintain and update FOX Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Employee Handbook and FOX4U. β€’ Process People Resources department mail on a weekly basis. β€’ Assist in the implementation of promotions transfers and salary adjustments in HRIS and RT. β€’ Understand labor policy changes and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws. β€’ File EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. β€’ Participate in developing department goals objectives and systems. β€’ Conduct research as needed on topics or questions that arise within the PR department relating to new laws changes or general PR concerns brought to the departments attention. β€’ Cross train on basic LOA responsibilities and assist with leave administration. - Create and maintain staff morale tracking system across the practice. β€’ Maintain state mandated sick time calculations and reporting. β€’ Conduct regular departmental audits such as professional licenses employment agreements etc. β€’ Maintain labor and employment compliance posters within Home Office as well as practice-wide. β€’ Act as liaison on international employee communication between employee and attorney. β€’ Ad hoc requests and projects as needed. REQUIREMENTS : β€’ 1 years of progressive HR experience. β€’ Belief in the value of the HR function. β€’ Maintain 100% professionalism and confidentiality at all times. β€’ Problem solving / analysis skills. β€’ Proficient in effective communication. β€’ Personal effectiveness / credibility with others. β€’ Flexible. β€’ Self-starter. β€’ Team player. β€’ Provide excellent customer service.
