They are seeking a proactive and motivated Mid Level Flutter Engineer responsible for developing high-quality multi-platform applications while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities β’ Develop and maintain scalable and efficient Flutter applications β’ Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates. β’ Participate in code reviews and help maintain and implement best practices across projects. β’ Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest solutions. β’ Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and tools. Skills β’ 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart. β’ Some experience with mobile application development in native iOS or Android (desired). β’ Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and knowledge of Bloc. β’ Familiarity with REST APIs and testing practices. β’ Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing settings. β’ A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative and share knowledge.
